Selling or Buying a Home?
Include
The Blue Review, Inc. on your purchase agreement.
An
inspection will be performed and a report issued to both buyer
and seller prior to closing.
A reinspection
will be performed prior to closing to insure all required repairs
have been completed.
A warranty
will be issued, effective on closing date, for a one year period.
If contractor certifications are required
prior to closing, they will be issued to the appropriate parties.
